You can manage your Letterloop status by doing the following:
1. Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Click on your Letterloop listing.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Select the option to Pause or Delete your Letterloop.
Not sure why you're paused?
You may be paused if you did not yet sponsor your Letterloop.
You can also manage your paid subscription status by doing the following:
1. Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Click on your Letterloop listing.
3. Select Billing from the options.
4. Click on Manage Subscription.
5. Select the option to Update or Cancel your plan.
