You can also manage your paid subscription status by doing the following:
1. Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Click the menu in the top right.
3. Select Subscription from the options.
4. Click on Manage Subscription.
5. Select the option to Update or Cancel your plan.
Some subscriptions don't allow this option temporarily. Please write in to care@letterloop.co and we'll take care of you right away.
If you created an subscription via the App Store or Google Play store, they need to be managed directly in your phone.
