View Activity Log of an Issue

How to see all the emails that went out so far for your in-progress Issue

If you are the Admin, you can start your issue immediately, if you'd like:

1. Sign in to your dashboard.

2. Click the ... for you issue.

3. Tap on ACTIVITY LOG to view the different events that triggered for this issue. Use this to see if emails were sent and manually send them if needed. Dates reflect originally scheduled times.
