The purpose of making someone an Owner is so that they can sponsor your Letterloop.
You can promote a member to Owner status by doing the following:
1. Sign in to your Letterloop dashboard.
2. Click the “View Details” button for your Letterloop.
3. Select the tab “Members”.
To promote a member to admin, follow these steps:
1. Click the ellipsis button (3 horizontal dots) next to the member you wish to remove.
2. Select “Make owner."
