A Letterloop subscription enables you to unlock powerful features for every Letterloop you own. Here’s everything you need to know:
Key Features of a Letterloop Subscription
A subscription applies to every Letterloop you own.
This means all the Letterloops under your ownership benefit from the subscription, meaning they will keep your Letterloop going for everyone. You can create unlimited issues with up to 50 members on each Letterloop you own.
Who Can Subscribe?
Only the owner of a Letterloop group can activate a subscription.
If you're managing a Letterloop but are not the owner, you'll need to request the owner to subscribe to unlock premium features OR request to become the owner yourself.
Subscription Options
Monthly Subscription: Renews automatically each month.
Annual Subscription: Renews automatically every year (with cost savings compared to the monthly plan).
Both options ensure uninterrupted access to all premium features.
How to Subscribe
Log into your Letterloop account.
Navigate to your Account Settings.
Select Subscription and choose either the monthly or annual plan.
Complete the payment process, and your subscription will be activated immediately.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled anytime from the Subscription page.
Note that canceling will stop the auto-renewal, but you'll retain premium access until the current billing cycle ends.
