Troubleshooting: Subscription Not Activating for Your Letterloop
If you've subscribed to Letterloop but your groups aren’t showing as active, here's what to check:
Confirm You Are the Owner
Only the owner of a Letterloop group can activate premium features.
If you're part of a group but not the owner, the subscription won't apply to that group.
Important: Each Letterloop can have only 1 owner at a time. Double-check your ownership status in the group settings.
How to Verify Ownership
Log into your Letterloop account.
Navigate to the specific group in question.
Go to Members for your Letterloop and look for your name under the Owner field.
If you're not listed as the owner, you'll need the current owner to transfer ownership to you.
What If You’re Not the Owner?
Contact the group owner and ask them to either:
Subscribe themselves to enable premium features, or
Transfer ownership of the group to you (if appropriate).
Additional Tips
If you’re the confirmed owner and still don’t see premium features activated, ensure that your subscription is active in your Account Settings.
Subscriptions automatically renew (monthly or annually), but if there was an issue with payment, your subscription may have lapsed.
