Need to nudge members who haven’t replied to an issue yet? Letterloop lets you send extra reminders to ensure everyone stays on track. Here's how:

Steps to Send Extra Reminders
Navigate to Your Letterloop’s Issues
Log into your Letterloop account and go to the group where the issue is in progress.
Locate the In-Progress Issue
Find the issue currently marked as In Progress on the Issues tab.
Open the Options Menu
Click on the three dots (...) on the issue card to open the dropdown menu.
Select “Send Extra Reminders”
Click the Send Extra Reminders option.
This will immediately send reminder notifications to members who haven’t replied yet.
What Happens Next?
Members who haven’t submitted their replies will receive a reminder via email or push notification (depending on their notification settings).
Members who have already replied won’t receive additional reminders.
When to Use Extra Reminders
If a deadline is approaching and you want to prompt members to reply.
If you notice low response activity and want to ensure everyone participates.
Note: Regularly scheduled reminders will still be sent as per the group’s notification settings. Sending extra reminders is a manual action for urgent follow-ups.
