At Letterloop, we believe that group conversations should be private, trusted, and fully controlled by their members. Because of this, we do not screen or moderate content within Letterloop newsletters.
Since Letterloop is designed for private groups, there is an implicit understanding that members trust and respect one another. We encourage users to create groups with people they know and trust to maintain a positive and enjoyable experience.
Admin Controls for Managing Members
To ensure each group remains a safe and welcoming space, admins have full control over their Letterloop. This includes the ability to:
Remove members at any time if they post inappropriate content or disrupt the group dynamic.
Pause or discontinue a newsletter cycle if needed.
Modify questions to guide the discussion in a direction that aligns with the group's values.
If you ever encounter an issue within your group, we encourage open communication with members first. However, admins always have the option to remove someone if necessary.
Our Commitment to Privacy
Letterloop is a private platform—your group’s conversations are never public and are only accessible by invited members. We do not monitor, filter, or moderate any messages sent within your newsletter.
If you have concerns or questions about managing your group, feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to help!
