If you have one, Letterloop allows you to apply discount codes to reduce the cost of your subscription. This feature is currently available exclusively on the Letterloop web platform and cannot be used within the mobile app.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Access the Letterloop website using a desktop or mobile browser
Go to www.letterloop.co and log in to your account
Start the subscription process
Select your desired Letterloop plan
Proceed to the checkout page
Find the "Add Discount" option
On the checkout page, look for the "Add Discount" link in the payment details section
This is typically displayed in red text to the right of your order summary
Note: The link is highlighted with an arrow in the reference image
Enter your discount code
Click on the "Add Discount" link
A text field will appear where you can enter your discount code
Type your code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive)
Apply the discount
Click "Apply" or press Enter
If valid, the discount will be immediately applied to your total
The checkout page will refresh to display your new discounted price
Complete your purchase
Continue with the payment process using your preferred payment method
The discounted price will be reflected in your final charge
Important Notes
Web Only Feature: Discount codes can only be redeemed on the Letterloop website, not through the mobile app
If you initially signed up through the app, you can still access your account on the web to apply discount codes for future billing cycles
Most discount codes can only be used once per account
If you encounter any issues with your discount code, contact Letterloop support for assistance
Discounts apply to the billing period specified in the promotion (monthly or yearly)
Remember that after applying a discount, you'll see the updated price before finalizing your payment, giving you a chance to confirm the discount was properly applied.
