Who can do this: The signed-in account that owns the subscription
Your Subscription page shows Transfer Subscription. It is available for eligible Monthly or Annual web plans and web Lifetime plans; some legacy recurring web plans may not offer self-service transfer.
The recipient already has a Letterloop account.
The recipient account does not already have an active subscription or Lifetime plan.
You know the exact email used by the recipient's Letterloop account.
Transferring moves the subscription and its saved billing details to the recipient account. It does not move Letterloop ownership or content. Use it only when you control both accounts. If another person should become responsible for payment, cancel your plan and have them subscribe from their own account instead.
Sign in to Letterloop on the web.
On wide screens, choose Subscription in the left sidebar. On narrower screens, open the menu (☰), then choose Subscription.
Find the transfer control for your plan:
Eligible Monthly or Annual web plan: Choose Show Advanced Options, then choose Transfer Subscription.
Web Lifetime: Choose Transfer Subscription directly.
Enter the recipient's existing Letterloop account email.
Review the destination carefully, then choose Transfer Subscription to confirm.

On narrower web screens, open the menu and choose Subscription.
Expected result: Letterloop shows Subscription Transferred. The source account is no longer subscribed, and the recipient's account receives the plan. Letterloop ownership and content do not move.
App Store and Google Play subscriptions use the Restore Purchases flow in the iOS or Android app rather than this web transfer flow.
Do not create another account or purchase another plan. Some legacy recurring web plans do not show the self-service transfer control. Contact support with the source and target account emails if the button is missing or the transfer fails. Never send passwords or full payment details.
