Your Letterloop theme controls how your issues look when members read them. Admins can choose a preset design, upload a logo or banner, adjust colors and fonts, and preview the issue before it goes out.
Open Theme Settings
Go to your Letterloop.
Open the Theme page.
Use the live preview at the top to see changes as you make them.
Changes save automatically. If you see Saving, wait a moment before leaving the page.
Choose A Preset
Presets are ready-made starting points for your Letterloop’s look:
Classic: the original Letterloop style
Minimal: quiet and monochrome
Magazine: warm and editorial
Evening: dark and cozy
Diary: handwritten and notebook-inspired
Postcard: bright and playful
Celebration: colorful for milestones
After choosing a preset, you can still customize the details below it.
Choose A Header Design
The header is the area above everyone’s responses. You can choose:
Logo: a centered circular logo above the issue title
Banner: a wide image across the top
Logo & Banner: logo and banner together as the full header
None: no image header
Upload A Logo Or Banner
In Logo & Banner, you can upload your own images.
For logos, use a square JPG or PNG, ideally at least 200 x 200px.
For banners, use a JPG or PNG with a wide ratio, around 5:1 to 5:2.
You can also restore the default logo or banner if you want to go back to the original Letterloop branding.

Use Preview Letterloop to open a fuller preview of how the next issue will look with your current theme, header, logo, banner, questions, sections, and member names.
If the preview button is disabled, wait for the logo or banner assets to finish loading or processing.
Good To Know
Theme changes affect the visual style of your Letterloop issues. They do not change your schedule, questions, replies, members, or notification settings.
Logo and banner choices may also appear in issue-related emails where Letterloop uses your group branding.
Only some theme changes affect emails. Logos and banners may appear in Letterloop emails where group branding is included, but most theme styling, such as issue colors, fonts, backgrounds, dividers, and layout choices, applies to the web and app reading experience rather than email design.
