Letterloop for iPhone and iPad requires iOS 17 or later. There is no Letterloop-specific iOS 18 setting that must be enabled to allow scrolling.
Confirm that the device is running iOS 17 or later.
Update Letterloop from the App Store if an update is available.
Close any open menu, sheet, or keyboard and try the page again.
Leave the screen and reopen it.
Force-quit Letterloop and relaunch it.
Restart the device if the problem continues.
Use Contact Us and include the iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, Letterloop app version, screen name, and a short screen recording if it does not expose private content.
