Change your Letterloop name and details

What to review

A clear name helps members recognize invitations, reminders, and delivered Issues. Depending on the settings available for your Letterloop, you can also review its description and other identifying details.

Update the details

1. Open the Letterloop.

2. Open its settings or profile details.

3. Edit the Letterloop name or another available detail.

4. Save the change.

5. Return to the Letterloop home and confirm the new details appear.

What changes and what does not

• The updated name is used to identify the Letterloop in the product.

• Changing the name does not change ownership, member roles, the schedule, or billing.

• Past Issue content remains part of the same Letterloop.

• A separate theme setting controls colors, logo, banner, and other visual styling.

If members are confused by the change

Let the group know about a major rename before the next Issue arrives. If the saved name appears differently on another device, refresh or reopen the Letterloop before editing it again.
