Who can do this: Owner or admin
Add a member directly when you know their name, account email, and intended role.
Use an invite link when people should join themselves.
A Group Letterloop has separate Contributor and Reader links.
A From You Letterloop offers the Reader link because only its owner can contribute.

Open the Letterloop and choose Members.
Find Invite Links and wait for the role-specific links to load.
Read the role description, then choose Copy Link for Contributor or Reader.
Send the link directly to the intended people.
After people join, review the roster and confirm that their roles are correct.
Note: Invite links are bearer links. Anyone who has one can join the Letterloop with the role encoded in that link, so do not post one publicly or forward it broadly.
The saved note is included in invitation email sent to new Letterloop members. Changing it does not rewrite invitations or delivered emails that were already sent.
On Members, find Invite Note.
Write a short welcome message with the group's purpose or expectations.
Choose Save and wait for the confirmation.
Use Add Member or an invite link for the new person.
Choose Add Member, enter the person's name and email, and select the role available for the Letterloop mode.
Turn on Notify Letterloop members only if existing members should be told about the addition.
Confirm and check the roster.
If the new person cannot find their email, use Resend Invitation from their member actions.
Remove any unintended member promptly and contact Letterloop support with the Letterloop name and the type of invite link that was exposed. Do not paste the live link into a public support post.
