Open the Letterloop you manage.
Open its theme or appearance controls.
Start with a preset or adjust the available colors and images.
Review the preview before saving.
Save and open the Letterloop again to confirm the result.
The theme editor can include presets and controls for the Letterloop's visual identity, such as its colors, logo, banner, and the appearance of delivered content. The controls shown in your editor are the source of truth for the options currently available.
Use enough contrast between text and background colors.
Choose a logo or banner that remains clear at small sizes.
Keep important words out of the edges of a banner image.
Preview a delivered Issue after a major change.
Wait for the upload to finish before saving. If the old image remains, refresh or reopen the Letterloop. Try a supported image file again and contact support if the editor repeatedly fails.
