Who can do this: Contributor
A Contributor can reopen a submitted response from the current Issue and choose Edit Reply. After the deadline, editing or submitting depends on whether the Letterloop allows late submissions. Readers do not have reply forms.
Open the Letterloop and its current Issue.
Choose Edit Reply, or use the edit link on the submission confirmation.
Change the text, poll choices, music, captions, photos, or video that should be updated.
Wait until any new media finishes uploading and processing.
Choose Submit Edits and confirm that the updated response appears.
To remove one answer, clear its text or selection and remove each attached media item, then submit the edits. Some required fields cannot be left empty. Letterloop does not show a separate delete-whole-submission control in the reply composer, so ask the owner or support before assuming that clearing one field removes the entire submission.
Note: Removing an upload from the composer uses Letterloop's managed upload flow. Do not try to delete storage files or upload records directly.
A late edit can change what appears when someone opens the live Issue. It cannot rewrite an Issue email that was already delivered or a PDF that was already generated. Generate a new PDF after important changes.
Confirm that you are signed in with the email on your Contributor membership.
Ask an owner or admin whether late submissions are disabled.
Check that you opened the correct Issue and your own reply link.
Contact support before creating a second account or sending private reply links to someone else.
