Who can do this: Contributor; owners and admins control availability
The owner or an admin controls Allow late submissions in the Letterloop's submission settings. When it is off, a Contributor sees that responses are closed after the deadline. Readers cannot submit late replies.
Open the delivered Issue from the Letterloop's Past Issues list or a reply link provided for you.
Choose the reply action for your membership.
Complete the questions and sections that still apply.
Wait for attached photos or video to finish processing.
Share the reply and check for the submission confirmation.
From a delivered Issue's actions, an owner or admin can open reply completion and use Get reply links for someone who did not reply. Each link is tied to a member. Send it only to that person and do not post it publicly.
The late response can appear in the live Issue read view.
Admins who enabled late-reply alerts can receive an email or push notification.
The original delivered email does not change.
An existing PDF does not change; generate it again if the late response should be included.
Ask an owner or admin to confirm the late-submission setting and your Contributor role. If both are correct, contact support with the Letterloop name, Issue number, platform, and account email. Do not send the private reply link unless support asks for it.
