Notification preferences are set separately for comments, reply reminders, and admin events. There is no single master level that changes every kind of Letterloop message.
Comments: choose All comments, Comments to me, or None. Comments to me includes mentions and comments shared on your reply.
Reply reminders: choose All reminders, Last reminder only, or None.
Admin events: owners and admins can separately turn alerts on or off for new replies, late replies, new questions, and the issue progress summary.
Comment and reminder alerts can be delivered by email, push, or both. Push works in the iOS and Android apps, and your device must also allow notifications for Letterloop before push alerts can appear.
Open the Letterloop whose notifications you want to change.
Open its notification settings.
Choose the comment or reminder frequency you want.
Turn email and push on or off for that category. Changes are saved as you make them.
Comment notifications also depend on whether comments are enabled for the Letterloop. Reply reminders apply only to unsubmitted contributors; readers do not receive them.
Note: Manual reply reminders are not controlled by the All, Last, or None automatic-reminder choice. They still require email or push to be enabled for reminders.
