Search all folders for Letterloop or [email protected].
Check spam, junk, promotions, and any inbox rules.
Confirm that the Letterloop member email matches the account you use.
For comments or reply reminders, review that category's frequency and confirm its Email delivery switch is on.
For a sign-in link, request a new email and use the newest message.
Note: Magic links, password resets, and invitations are account messages rather than optional comment or reminder alerts. If those are missing, focus on the email address, newest link, spam filtering, and inbox rules.
Reply reminders go only to unsubmitted contributors, not readers.
Comment notifications depend on comments being enabled and your notification settings.
A delivered issue may be sent according to the Letterloop's configured delivery behavior.
Add [email protected] to your contacts or allowed senders if your email service is filtering Letterloop messages.
Use Contact Us or email [email protected] with the recipient email, email type, Letterloop name, and approximate send time. Never forward an active sign-in link or your password.
