A reply reminder is for contributors who have not submitted their response to the current issue. Readers do not submit replies, so they do not receive reply reminders.
Note: Letterloop automatically excludes contributors who have already submitted. Manual reminders are separate from the recipient's automatic-reminder frequency, but they are still delivered only through the email or push channels the recipient has enabled.
Open the Letterloop and its current issue.
Open the issue progress or reminder controls.
Review the members who have not submitted.
Choose the option to send a reminder and confirm.
Confirm that the person is a contributor rather than a reader.
Confirm that the member email belongs to the account they use for Letterloop.
Ask them to check spam or promotions folders and confirm that email or push is enabled for reply reminders.
If delivery still fails, contact Letterloop support with the Letterloop name, recipient email, and approximate send time.
