Choose Music when contributors should add tracks rather than normal text or image responses.
Open the Letterloop's Sections area or an Issue's customization.
Choose to add a Section or start from a template.
Select Standard, Photo Wall, or Music.
Add a title, emoji, and description that tell contributors what to submit.
Review the type-specific text, upload, track, caption, multiple-item, and admin-only controls shown.
Choose whether the Section appears before the questions when that option is available.
Save and confirm that it is selected for the intended upcoming or in-progress Issue.
A Photo Wall is configured for multiple uploads and requires a caption with each contribution. Use its description to explain the kind of photo the group should share.
A Music Section collects track selections and can allow multiple tracks. It does not use the standard text-and-photo response format. The music controls shown to the contributor determine which track information can be added.
Editing a Section in an in-progress Issue can change what current contributors see. Avoid changing its type after people have begun, and do not remove it without considering responses already attached to it.
Confirm that it was saved and selected, not merely added to the reusable Section list.
Check whether you customized the upcoming or in-progress Issue.
Refresh the Issue preview.
Confirm that an admin-only Section is being viewed by the expected role.
