Who can do this: Owner or admin
Open the Letterloop and choose Members. The roster identifies the owner and admins separately from each person's participation role: Contributor or Reader. You can also sort the list to find someone more quickly.
Choose Add Member, or Add Reader in a From You Letterloop.
Enter the person's name and the email they will use for Letterloop.
In a Group Letterloop, choose Contributor or Reader. From You adds everyone except the owner as a Reader.
Choose whether existing Letterloop members should be notified about the addition.
Confirm the addition and check that the new person appears in the roster.
Note: A Contributor added during an in-progress Issue is added to that Issue and future Issues. A Reader receives delivered Issues but is not asked to submit replies.
Edit the member's displayed name or profile photo when the information is wrong.
In Group mode, switch a non-owner between Contributor and Reader.
Make a trusted member an admin, or return an admin to a regular member role.
Resend an invitation when the person cannot find the original email.
Only the current owner can transfer ownership to another member.
Open the person's actions, choose Remove Member, and read the confirmation before continuing. The person will stop receiving Issues and will no longer be able to submit replies. The removal confirmation also warns that their past replies will be removed from the Letterloop. Save anything the group needs before confirming.
Note: The owner cannot be removed. Transfer ownership first if the current owner needs to leave.
Check that the roster email matches the person's Letterloop account email.
Do not solve a missing membership by sharing another person's account.
If a role change does not appear immediately, refresh the Letterloop and sign in again.
Contact support before recreating a member whose past replies must be preserved.
