Frequency controls the recurring rhythm for future Issues.
Reply window controls how long contributors have to respond after an Issue starts.
Delivery date is the deadline and planned delivery point for a particular Issue.
Note: The reply window is configurable. Do not assume every Issue has a seven-day deadline.
Weekly cadence: every 2 through 12 weeks.
Monthly cadence: every 1 through 12 months.
Quarterly cadence: every 1 through 4 quarters.
Open the Letterloop settings.
Open the schedule or frequency controls.
Choose the cadence and interval.
Set the reply window available for new Issues.
Review the next date shown before saving.
Save the change and confirm the upcoming Issue card reflects the intended timing.

Changing the regular frequency sets the cadence that follows the already scheduled upcoming Issue. It does not silently rewrite a live Issue. To change an upcoming or in-progress Issue's specific delivery date, use that Issue's customization controls.
Review progress and tell contributors when a changed delivery date gives them less time. Automatic reminders use the Issue's actual deadline, so changing it can also change which reminder checkpoints still apply.
