Customizing an upcoming Issue changes what the next cycle will use when it starts. Customizing an in-progress Issue changes a live Issue that contributors may already be answering.
Open the Letterloop and locate the upcoming or in-progress Issue.
Open its customize action.
Review the Issue title, selected questions, polls, Sections, events, and delivery date shown.
Add, edit, remove, or reorder the supported items.
Save the customization.
Reopen the Issue card and confirm the summary and date.
Upcoming customization is stored for the next Issue. It can replace automatic question suggestions for that cycle and determines which selected questions and Sections are copied when the Issue starts.
An in-progress Issue is already live. New or changed prompts can affect contributors after they have begun, and removing a prompt can affect associated replies. Make changes deliberately and tell the group about any material update.
Note: Do not use live customization as a substitute for changing the recurring schedule. A recurring frequency change applies after the upcoming Issue.
Confirm you edited the correct upcoming or in-progress Issue.
Refresh or reopen the Issue.
Check that the save completed before leaving the screen.
If contributors are viewing an older prompt, ask them to reopen the reply screen.
