Check the provider shown on your Letterloop subscription screen or purchase receipt. Web billing uses Paddle or Stripe; iOS billing uses the App Store; Android billing uses Google Play.
Open your Letterloop account's Subscription page on the web.
Choose Manage Subscription.
Use the provider page that opens to review renewal, update eligible billing details, or cancel.
Open Letterloop's Subscription screen or your device store's subscription settings.
Choose Letterloop.
Use the App Store or Google Play controls to manage or cancel the renewal.
Note: Deleting the app or pausing a Letterloop does not cancel a store subscription.
Cancellation stops future renewal through the billing provider. The provider confirmation shows when paid access ends. Cancellation does not delete your account, Letterloops, delivered issues, or other saved data. A Lifetime purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel.
Note: Deleting the app, deleting your Letterloop account, or pausing a Letterloop is not a substitute for canceling a recurring plan with the billing provider.
