Deleting your account is different from deleting one Letterloop, pausing a Letterloop, or canceling a subscription. Deleting the account does not replace the cancellation steps required by Stripe, Paddle, the App Store, or Google Play.
Cancel any recurring subscription with the provider that bills you.
Transfer ownership of each Letterloop that another person should keep, or delete the Letterloop if it should not remain.
Leave every Letterloop you belong to. Account deletion is blocked while any membership is still connected to your email.
Save any delivered issues or PDFs you want to retain.
Make sure you are signed in to the account you intend to delete.
Open your account settings.
Choose the account deletion option.
Read the confirmation carefully.
Complete the confirmation only when you are ready to lose access to the account.
Note: When deletion succeeds, Letterloop removes the account's user data and sign-in account. This action does not cancel billing with an external payment provider.
Sign out and back in if your dashboard looks empty, then leave or delete every Letterloop connected to the account. If deletion is still blocked, use Contact Us in Letterloop or email [email protected]. Include the account email, but never send your password or payment card details.
