Payment methods are managed by the provider that bills the subscription. Letterloop cannot replace a card or store payment method from a different provider.
Open the Subscription page in Letterloop on the web.
Choose Manage Subscription.
Update the eligible payment method in the Paddle or Stripe page that opens.
Open the payment settings for the Apple ID or Google account used for the purchase.
Update the store payment method.
Return to Letterloop and use Restore Purchases if the active subscription is not recognized.
Check your receipt or bank statement and the provider shown in Letterloop. Contact support before buying another plan so you do not create duplicate subscriptions.
