Pausing a Letterloop stops its active cycle, but it does not cancel a subscription with Paddle, Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play.

Creates a new issue immediately when the Letterloop is resumed, using its configured reply window
Does not pause other Letterloops owned by the same account
Note: The subscription remains attached to the owner account while the Letterloop is paused.
Identify the provider shown on your receipt or Subscription page.
Open Manage Subscription for Paddle or Stripe, App Store subscriptions for iOS, or Google Play subscriptions for Android.
Cancel the Letterloop renewal with that provider.
Review the provider confirmation.
Check for another Letterloop account or billing provider before purchasing or canceling again. Contact support with the provider, charge date, and account email, but never send full payment details.
