Applies to: iPhone/iPad, Android
Who can do this: Subscriber
An iOS purchase belongs to the Apple ID used in the App Store. An Android purchase belongs to the Google account used in Google Play. Renewal, cancellation, and store payment methods are managed there.
Sign in to the existing Letterloop account that should receive the subscription.
Confirm that the device uses the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
Open Letterloop's Subscription screen.
Choose Restore Purchases.
Wait for the subscription status to refresh, then reopen the affected Letterloop.
Restore Purchases can reconnect an App Store or Google Play subscription after reinstalling or signing back in. It is also the supported path for moving that mobile subscription to another Letterloop account. The destination must be an existing account without another active plan, and the source Letterloop account may lose subscription access.
Note: Restoring does not transfer Letterloop ownership or content. The App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase continues to manage renewal and cancellation.
Do not buy another plan.
Confirm the store account, Letterloop account, and that the destination does not already have an active plan.
Keep the store receipt.
Contact support with the Letterloop email, store, purchase date, and non-sensitive receipt details.
