Confirm that you are signed in to the Letterloop account that purchased or should receive the entitlement.
Check whether Paddle, Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play issued the receipt.
Confirm that the provider shows the purchase as active or completed.
Check whether the affected Letterloop is owned by the subscribed account.
Use the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
Open Letterloop's Subscription screen.
Choose Restore Purchases.
Wait for the status to refresh and reopen the Letterloop.
Open the Subscription page on the web.
Check the provider and status shown there.
Refresh the page and reopen the affected Letterloop.
If the completed purchase is still missing, contact support with the provider and purchase date.
An active subscription does not automatically resume a Letterloop that was paused; resume it separately. If more than one provider appears active, do not purchase again. Ask support to investigate duplicate subscriptions.
