Comments belong to delivered Issues. The owner or an admin must enable comments for the Letterloop, and you need member access that supports participating on the surface you are using. A generic public Issue share-link viewer can read the shared Issue but cannot comment or react.
Open a delivered Issue.
Open Comments for the whole Issue, or choose the comment control beside a reply or poll.
Select the relevant thread, or use the general Issue thread.
Write a comment and attach supported media if useful.
Choose Share and confirm that the comment appears in the thread.
Type @ and begin the member's name, then choose the intended person from the suggestions. The mention is recorded with the comment so Letterloop can resolve the recipient. Whether they receive email or push depends on their comment notification settings and channels.
Use Reply or Quote on a comment when the conversation needs context.
You can edit your own comment text from its actions.
You can delete your own comment; its reactions are removed with it.
A comment can contain text, finished media uploads, or both.
Comments can trigger email and push notifications and may quote earlier content. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private information that the Letterloop group should not retain. If comments disappear entirely, ask an owner or admin whether comments were disabled.
