Letterloop is designed for private groups. Membership roles control who participates in a Letterloop, and owners and admins manage the group.
Delivered issues can be read from email, and Letterloop includes sharing features for issues and individual replies. A person who receives accessible emailed content or a valid share link may be able to view that shared content even if they are not an invited member. People viewing through a public share link cannot comment or react as a signed-in member.
Note: Share links and forwarded emails should be treated as private links. Send them only to people you trust.
Invite each person to their own account instead of sharing one account.
Use reader and contributor roles intentionally.
Review members and remove access that is no longer needed.
Avoid posting passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive information.
Be careful when forwarding issue emails or sharing issue and Memento links.
Deleting a Letterloop, deleting your account, and canceling a subscription are three different actions. Review each deletion confirmation carefully, and cancel recurring billing separately with the provider shown on your receipt or Subscription page.
