Share Issue with new recipient sends the delivered Issue to an email address.
Get Issue share link lets an owner or admin copy a view link for the delivered Issue.
Sharing an Issue does not add the recipient to the Letterloop. Use a role-specific invitation when the person should become a member.
Open the Letterloop's Past Issues.
Open the delivered Issue's actions.
Choose Share Issue with new recipient.
Enter and verify the recipient email.
Confirm the share once; do not send repeated copies while the first is processing.
As an owner or admin, open the delivered Issue's actions.
Choose Get Issue share link.
Read the access warning and copy the link.
Send it only to people who should be able to view that Issue.
Note: An Issue share link is a bearer link. Anyone who has it may be able to view the shared Issue, even if they are not a Letterloop member.
A generic share-link viewer can read the shared content but cannot add member comments or reactions. Sharing does not grant access to the Letterloop's member list, reply composer, settings, or other Issues.
Treat share links and forwarded Issue emails as private. A live Issue link can reflect later content changes, but an email or PDF already delivered is a separate snapshot and is not rewritten. If the recipient should have ongoing access, invite them with the correct Reader or Contributor link instead.
