Who can do this: Owner, admin, or contributor where question suggestions are available
Letterloop can suggest a configured number of questions by cycling through the question bank in order. These suggestions prepare an Issue without requiring an admin to select every prompt by hand.
Contributors can propose questions when that action is available. With the minimum suggestion behavior, member-submitted questions can replace automatically suggested questions as they arrive. If an admin customizes an Issue and deliberately keeps its suggested questions, Letterloop does not replace those kept questions automatically.
Open the upcoming or in-progress Issue.
Open its Issue actions.
Choose the action to request questions from contributors.
Review which Issue the request applies to.
Send the request.
Return to customization later to review the questions that were proposed.
Note: Readers are not contributors and are not the target for a request to submit questions.
A suggestion is not the same as a guaranteed prompt in the delivered Issue. Owners and admins should review the upcoming or in-progress customization, resolve duplicates, and confirm the final selected questions.
Check whether the Issue was manually customized.
Confirm that the question bank contains unused questions.
Review the configured number of suggested questions.
Confirm that the member proposing a question is a contributor.
Refresh the Issue customization before adding a duplicate.
