Deleting an Issue removes that Issue and all of its replies. It cannot be undone. If the deleted Issue was already delivered, later Issues are renumbered.
Note: Delete one Issue only when the entire Issue and its replies should be removed. To change a live prompt, customize the in-progress Issue instead.
Confirm the Letterloop, Issue number, and whether it has already been delivered.
Save a PDF or other copy if the group needs a record.
Tell other admins if later Issue numbering will change.
Understand that contributor replies in the Issue will be deleted with it.
Open the Letterloop and find the Issue.
Open the Issue actions.
Choose Delete Issue.
Read the warning and confirm the correct Issue.
Wait for the success confirmation, then refresh the Issue list.
It does not delete the Letterloop.
It does not cancel the subscription.
It does not change member roles by itself.
It does not remove other delivered Issues.
Confirm that you are signed in as an admin for the Issue's Letterloop, refresh, and try once. If the Issue remains or only part of the list updates, contact support rather than repeating destructive actions.
