Who can do this: Letterloop owner
Deleting a Letterloop removes the group and its associated Issues and Letterloop data. It is different from pausing, leaving a Letterloop, deleting one Issue, or deleting your account.
Note: Do not delete a Letterloop if you only want to take a break. Pause it instead so delivered history and settings remain available.
Save PDFs or other copies of delivered Issues you want to retain.
Tell other admins and members who rely on the history.
Confirm you selected the correct Letterloop.
Transfer ownership instead if another person should keep running it.
Review billing separately if this is the last Letterloop you own.
Open the Letterloop settings.
Find the Delete Letterloop control.
Read the confirmation and the affected data carefully.
Confirm only when you are ready for permanent removal.
Return to your Letterloops list and verify that it is gone.
A subscription belongs to the account and can cover all Letterloops that account owns. Deleting one Letterloop does not cancel a Paddle, Stripe, App Store, or Google Play renewal. Use the subscription controls for the provider that bills you.
Confirm that you are the owner and are signed in to the correct account. An admin can manage many Letterloop settings, but ownership is the safest authority for permanent group deletion. Contact support rather than removing data piecemeal if the owner cannot access the control.
