Deletes the active unsent Issue and its in-progress content.
Stops future Issue cycles until the Letterloop is reactivated.
Keeps delivered Issue history.
Keeps the Letterloop's members, questions, Sections, theme, and settings.
Does not cancel or change a paid subscription.
Note: An unsent Issue removed by pausing cannot be recovered through the Letterloop. Save anything important before confirming.
Open the Letterloop settings or its pause control.
Review the warning about the active unsent Issue.
Confirm the pause.
Return to the Letterloop and verify that it is marked paused.
Reactivating creates a new Issue immediately using the Letterloop's configured reply window. Review that Issue after it is created so its prompts and delivery date are what you expect.
Open the paused Letterloop.
Choose the option to reactivate or resume it.
Review the configured reply window and upcoming content.
Confirm the reactivation.
If an Issue reaches delivery with no replies, Letterloop deletes the empty Issue and pauses the Letterloop. Reactivate it when at least one contributor is ready to participate.
Pausing controls Issue creation, not renewal. To stop a recurring charge, cancel the subscription with Paddle, Stripe, the App Store, or Google Play as shown for your account.
