Your account email helps connect your sign-in, Letterloop memberships, and subscription. Change it through Letterloop rather than creating a second account.
Use an email address you can access.
Check whether Sign in with Apple is using a Private Relay address.
Make sure the new email is not already attached to another Letterloop account.
Note which Letterloops and subscription you expect to keep.
Open Account settings in Letterloop.
Edit the Email field and choose Save.
Review the confirmation, then choose Change Email.
Sign out and sign back in with the updated email.
Confirm that your Letterloops and subscription still appear.
Do not purchase another subscription or recreate the Letterloop. Contact support with the old email, new email, and the names of the affected Letterloops so the team can investigate the account safely.
