A Letterloop membership is tied to an account email. If you sign in with another email or a different Apple identity, the Letterloop can appear missing even though it still exists.
Check which email received the Letterloop invitation or issue.
Sign out and sign back in with that account identity.
Ask an owner or admin to confirm the email on your member record.
Open a fresh invitation link if the owner or admin sends one.
If you recently changed email, check both the old and new account details before creating a new account.
Both readers and contributors can belong to a Letterloop, but readers do not submit replies. A role difference should not be solved by sharing another person's account.
Contact support when the owner confirms the membership email but the Letterloop still does not appear. Include your account email and Letterloop name; do not create a replacement Letterloop.
