A Memento is a designed image made from Letterloop Issue or reply content. Depending on the content, templates can feature branding, a question, photos, music, an Issue summary, or one member's reply. Mementos are created in the iOS and Android apps.
Open a delivered Issue in the Letterloop mobile app.
Open the Issue share action for an Issue-level Memento, or the share action on your own reply for a reply Memento.
Choose Share Memento.
Swipe through the available designs.
Use Shuffle when a design can rotate through questions, photos, branding, or music.
Wait for the preview to finish rendering.
Save writes the image to Photos or the device gallery after you grant permission.
Messages opens a message share with the rendered image.
Stories sends the image to Instagram Stories when Instagram is installed.
Copy places the rendered image on the clipboard.
Saving, copying, or sharing a Memento moves Letterloop content outside the app. A share action may also include an Issue link. Anyone who receives the image can keep or forward it, and anyone with a valid Issue link may be able to view the shared Issue. They do not become a member and cannot comment or react through a generic public link.
Note: Review every visible name, photo, answer, and music choice before sharing.
Allow Photos access before using Save.
Install or update Instagram before using Stories.
Wait for photos and album art to load, then try another template.
Use Copy or Save when a destination app cannot open the direct share.
