Give each person their own account instead of sharing a sign-in.
Review the upcoming questions and remove anything repetitive.
Add an optional Section or event only when it gives the group something useful to contribute.
Check the delivery date and reply window.
Confirm that the theme and Letterloop name are recognizable.
After the Issue starts, use progress to see who has submitted before sending a manual reminder.
Letterloop is designed for private groups, but a delivered email or valid share link can be opened by its recipient. Treat share links and forwarded Issue emails as private links and send them only to people you trust.
