Who can do this: Owner or admin
Issue progress compares the contributors expected to reply with the contributors who have submitted. Readers are members, but they are not part of reply completion because they do not submit responses.
Open the Letterloop and its in-progress Issue.
Open the progress or activity view.
Review who has submitted and who is still outstanding.
Check the reply deadline before deciding on a reminder.
Send a manual reminder only to the outstanding contributors when needed.
A submitted status tells you that a contributor completed their reply. Viewing in-progress Issue content is a separate action and can reveal replies before the group sees them together. Use it only when administration or curation requires it.
Issue activity can help explain lifecycle events such as the Issue starting, reminders, customization, and delivery actions. Use the timestamps and event labels shown rather than assuming an email was sent merely because a person remains outstanding.
Refresh or reopen the Issue after a recent submission.
Check whether the member is a contributor or reader.
Confirm that the person submitted from the same membership and account.
Check whether an admin changed roles after the Issue started.
Contact support with the Letterloop, Issue number, member, and approximate submission time if the mismatch remains.
