The Album brings together ready photo and video uploads from delivered Issues in the selected Letterloop. It does not include theme images or comment attachments. Media from a member who has been removed from the Letterloop is not included in the Album data.
Open the Letterloop and choose Album.
Scroll through the grouped media tiles.
Choose a photo or video to open the fullscreen viewer.
Move between items with the onscreen controls, keyboard arrows on web, or supported mobile gestures.
Close the viewer to return to the gallery.
Filter by member.
Filter by delivered Issue.
Choose a custom date range.
Sort newest first or oldest first.
Group by date or by Issue.
Clear all filters when no results match.
Album is a browsing view across the Letterloop's delivered media. A delivered Issue preserves the questions and replies around that media. A Memento is a mobile-generated image intended for saving or sharing.
Clear filters and confirm that the source Issue was delivered.
Check that the upload finished processing and still appears in the live Issue.
Remember that comment attachments and branding images are excluded.
Refresh the Album after a late reply or newly completed video.
Contact support if ready media appears in the Issue but not the unfiltered Album.
